Bargaining Central for Kaiser 2025

All six of our Kaiser Permanente bargaining and recently reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) for our local contracts at each unit-specific bargaining table. While we have been in National Bargaining for nearly a year, Kaiser has not actually come to the National table so far in 2026. We are demanding Kaiser return to the table and negotiate a fair contract for all members of the Alliance of Healthcare Unions, who we bargain as a part of.

Right now we encourage you to attend our February 9th picket at Kaiser Sunnyside, click here to RSVP.

This page will be kept up to date so that you can see updates from all of our bargaining units and the national table, as well as any other resources you will need along the way. Remember that we are to be wearing red, union colors, on every Tuesday during the campaign.

Now that we have reached Tentative Agreements (TAs) on all six of our local agreements, you can read a summary and review the full TAs for each of our units below.

We can have a limited number of observers for our local table bargaining sessions. If you would like to attend any of these sessions, use this RSVP link to add your name at least twenty-four hours before that session begins.

Below are our updates for national bargaining, which take place alongside the 60,000 members of the Alliance of Healthcare Unions. We will post updates individually as our bargaining dates occur across the summer.
