Tristan was born and raised in the pacific northwest from a union family who helped push him into union activism from my first days at KP. Tristan is an active member of the Steward Delegate Assembly and PEAC. His outside work time is usually spent gaming, baking, or attending a Timbers game.

Josh Oppenheim

BARGAINING UNIT: KP PROFESSIONALS

Josh has been a primary care PA advocating for LGBTQ+ health equity since 2019 and has been with Kaiser since 2021. Although a newer steward, he is jumping headfirst into this position as he comes from a family of teachers who were involved in union work. Josh enjoys helping to educate other stewards and members to be independent advocates for their own rights. When not working, Josh spends time in the outdoors, wine tasting, and going to the theater, concerts, and drag shows.

Kristina Telanoff

BARGAINING UNITS: KP REGISTERED NURSES (OFNHP & ONA)
FOCUS: OUTPATIENT RNS

At the age of 20, Kristina came to America with just two suitcases to her name. Twenty years later, through God's grace and relentless hard work, Kristina has been blessed to live the American dream. 

With 14 years of experience as a nurse, Kristina have dedicated the past 12 years to working in the emergency department. Five years ago, Kristina joined Kaiser Westside, where she quickly became a union steward. She is deeply passionate about standing up for what is right and has a steadfast commitment to fighting for justice. Her husband and her have a wonderful, blended family of six children, two dogs, two cats, and one fish.

Geoffrey Nighswonger

BARGAINING UNIT: KP REGISTERED NURSES
FOCUS: INPATIENT RNS

Geoffrey has been a nurse for 9 years and is passionate about our union work.  He has spent most of my life advocating for others. He founded and ran a 501c3 for persons experiencing homelessness for quite a few years. He then spent a couple years living abroad in Kenya and Cambodia working with children orphaned by AIDS and worked rehabilitating youth who had been enslaved in the sex trade and fishing industry. He believes there is strength in our union solidarity and looks forward to fighting alongside all of us as we work to advocate

Kellie Brewer

BARGAINING UNIT: KP TECHNICAL EMPLOYEES

Kellie Brewer has been a Surgical Technologist for over 18 years. Ten of those years are at Kaiser. She is a dedicated Steward with a strong focus on Labor Management Partnership. As an advocate for the Techs at Kaiser NW, she is passionate about safeguarding the Technical Collective Bargaining Agreement. Kellie is dedicated to advocating for the rights of colleagues and ensuring fair and just working conditions. She enjoys cooking, gardening, sewing, and getting together with friends and family.
