BARAGAINING UNIT: RDH AND LAB PROS

Kerri McNally moved from Delaware to the Pacific Northwest in 2013 and has worked as a medical laboratory scientist since 2019. A member of OFNHP since 2011, she is passionate about union stewardship and advocating for all members. As the House Bill 2697 lab labor co-lead and a member of the staffing committee, she worked with management to implement safe staffing levels and strengthen patient safety. In this new role, Kerri looks forward to continuing to learn and develop her leadership skills. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her cat, Milo.

Leza has been an Urgent Care Physician Associate with Kaiser since 2016, working at the Cascade Park, Mt. Scott, Mt. Talbert, and Interstate locations. She has been active in OFNHP as a steward and CAT Coordinator, as well as a stakeholder for Urgent Care. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, trail running, various water and snow sports, gardening, and fiber arts.

FOCUS: OUTPATIENT RNS

Aaron was born and raised in Vancouver, WA, and became a nurse in 2014. He started working in Med-Surg Telemetry before moving to the Emergency Department and then Regional Advice Nursing in 2019. Aaron served on the RN Bargaining Team during the 2025 contract negotiations. In addition, he has been active on the RAN Joint Staffing Committee and UBT. Outside of Kaiser, Aaron has a small farm where he raises chickens, turkeys, ducks, and pigs and grows dahlias for cut flowers.

BARGAINING UNIT: KP REGISTERED NURSES
FOCUS: INPATIENT RNS

Bernadette has been in healthcare for 37 years, with 26 of those in nursing. The majority of her nursing career has been in the ICU and Neuro ICU. She came to Kaiser in 2020 to work in the PACU at WMC. She recognized the importance of unions as an ED tech in Alaska in the mid-90s, when she watched her nursing coworkers go on strike for fair wages and benefits, winning a contract after a long fight with the backing of the community both inside and outside the hospital. BARGAINING UNIT: KP TECHNICAL EMPLOYEES

Brenda Boyle moved to the Pacific Northwest from Utah in 2017 and loves it here. She first started working for Kaiser in the Tech bargaining unit in 2019. This is her first union job, but she grew up seeing her mother actively involved in her union in Utah and came to appreciate the value of organized labor. Brenda has been a steward and UBT Co-Lead since 2022, chairs the Tech Recruitment, Retention, and Adjustments Committee, and sits on the Tech Staffing Committee, Education Committee, and the SDA. In her personal time, Brenda loves going to movies, relaxing at the coast, glamping at her campsite on the Cowlitz River, and rockhounding. She and her husband are about to celebrate their 20th anniversary, and they have four kids and five grandkids in their blended family. She also has more fur-babies than she cares to admit, which means she loves it when people share photos of their own pets with her! Brenda looks forward to learning how to support her fellow members in this role and hopes to do whatever she can to help ensure that everyone is treated fairly in the workplace.
