Incorrect wages (including step 13 placement)  or missing retroactive pay:

File a 1980 payroll form and obtain a case number. Include your direct manager. Your manager is responsible for adding the appropriate Employee and Labor Relations representative.  Cc itsmyunion@ofnhp.org and provide your 1980-wage audit case number, years of working RN experience, and years working at KP.

A requested day off was denied and you believe it should have been approved, including denial of a fourth float holiday in 2027:

Now that we have reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) at both the national and local levels, resulting in a number of different pieces that will make up our next contract, we want to make sure you are tied into the process. Our contract is made up of a combination of the national agreement and the local agreements that are specific to our bargaining units.. We are sharing all of these TAs so that our members are able to make an informed decision when voting on whether or not to ratify this new contract.
