Legacy Techs are Voting Union YES on June 2nd

On June 2nd, Legacy Meridian Park workers will make an important decision about our future. We are asking you to stand with your coworkers, sign the petition, fill out your vote plan, and vote YES to keep our union strong.

The reality is simple: if we lose our union, there are no meaningful wage improvements on the horizon. We lose the protections we fought hard to win, and management will have even more power to make decisions about our jobs, staffing, and working conditions without accountability. Without a union contract, we are left hoping management will do the right thing instead of having enforceable rights and a collective voice.

Right now, healthcare workers everywhere are facing uncertainty, understaffing, burnout, and growing pressure on patient care, not to mention potential unstability at Legacy. This is not the moment to step back. It is the moment to step up for each other and for the future of patient care at Meridian Park.

Our union gives us the ability to advocate not only for ourselves, but for our patients, our departments, and the future of our hospital. Every improvement we want — wages, staffing, protections, respect on the job — comes from workers standing together and demanding better.

Please take a moment today to sign the petition, fill out your vote plan, and commit to voting YES on June 2nd. Every vote matters.

Techs holding their solidarity sign!
