Labcorp recently informed us that employees at Emanuel will be required to move from working every third weekend to every other weekend for a six-week period while the company implements software changes.
This change directly affects employees' schedules, work-life balance, and working conditions. Under our contract, changes like this are a mandatory subject of bargaining, which means Labcorp cannot simply announce the change and expect employees to absorb the impact without negotiations.
