OFNHP hosted a union table at Riverbend Sacred Heart on Friday, July 23rd. Members stopped in to get updated on bargaining. Most members talked about the difficulties in getting time off and the struggle to care for patients during with the short staffing.
We had lively discussions on wages and recognition for their years of experience for their commitment to Sacred Heart patients. Members signed up to join the Contract Action Team (CAT) to help out and plan activities around bargaining.
