Bio: As an outpatient PT at Kaiser since 2014, I’ve loved benefiting from our labor-management partnership. I feel excited and ready to use some of my new team building and communication skills that I’ve learned in my MPH program to good use. I feel I have ever growing respect and awe for the mystery of hospital systems and how we all work and I’d be honored to fortify contracts, dialogue and working environments for all of us!!

Why do you want to be a Labor Partner?

I want to improve and continue to contribute to the ongoing labor-management collaboration! It’s a unique and beautiful relationship and I’d like to continue this work!!

Neoma Palmer

Bio: I have been a steward since 2015 at KP. Some of my roles have included being a stakeholder in bargaining for rehab including previous template negotiations, and a CAT leader during the strike preparation last fall. I recently was elected Orchards building labor partner, and have been working on my partnership training.

Why do you want to be a Labor Partner?

To be a strong voice for labor, in order to advocate for improved staffing and working conditions in specialty care.

Why do you want to be a Labor Partner?

I would like to work at a higher level as a labor partner to help our members achieve safe staffing levels and ensure that work loads are manageable for safe patient care.
