A Guide to the Pro Unit's Ed Fund

Our National Agreement with Kaiser Permanente guarantees each OFNHP member working at Kaiser a $3,000 tuition reimbursement benefit. Our 2018 Alliance Agreement raised the amount that can be applied to travel expenses to $750.

Eligibility: If you work 20 hours per week or more and have been employed for at least 90 days.

How to access: All KPNW TR applications are required to be submitted electronically on My HR (My HR > Employee Actions > Tuition Reimbursement). Upload your required documents to the KPNW TR online system using the “upload” button on the Education Assistance / Tuition Reimbursement page.
