The current plan in the region focuses on how to identify the symptoms of the Ebola virus, isolate the patient, escalate the situation, and how to use personal protective equipment to protect yourself and others.

Lastly, preventing the transmission of viral infections is a top priority. All employees, physicians, and dentists are encouraged to get vaccinated against the flu and practice hand hygiene frequently to help create a safe and healthy place to work and receive care.
