THIP Payout Schedule
NOTE: The incentive payment will be delivered on-cycle, as a line item in employee’s regular direct deposit/paycheck, on the following date for our region:
- September 18th for NW
National Healthy Workforce has been working with compensation and finance leaders in each region to ensure that each region is prepared to deliver the payout on-time and has a process in place for addressing employee payment issues.
Also, a new online employee eligibility questionnaire will be placed on the Kaiser THIP website, which employees can use to determine if they are eligible to participate in the THIP and receive the incentive payments.
