As we head into bargaining, a clear majority of all of OFNHP's members from Kaiser bargaining units have signed a petition in support of the following priorities:
- Establishes enforceable staffing standards to safeguard patient care;
- Secures across-the-board pay increases on par with California for all KP regions;
- Maintains current copays and out of pocket costs and increases quality of healthcare benefits;
- Protects our work and ensures Kaiser patients get the best possible care by limiting outsourcing and agency staff;
- Safeguards our retirement benefits;
- Paves the way for career advancement by improving our access to educational assistance.
When our bargaining teams are the table, they will fight back against take-aways to our contracts and advance the priorities that the membership has given them.
