OFNHP has an opening for the PRO/LAB PRO Contract Specialist position!
A contract specialist is released from work at Kaiser to work with OFNHP to help solve worksite issues, enforce the contract and protect members' rights at work. Contract specialists work with stewards to increase member participation in solving problems at work.
What are current PRO/LAB PRO contract specialist is saying...

To be a contract specialist you will need to. . .
- Be a member in good standing of OFNHP currently working at a KPNW facility
- Have an interest in working collaboratively with staff, stewards and members
- Work to build a strong union
- Have a passion for fairness, justice and quality healthcare
- Be willing to learn and build your skills
- Desire to help others learn and build their skills
