Why I want to be labor partner
As a co-lead, I have had the opportunity to develop a basic understanding of process improvement and have gained experience in the facilitation of improvement for my team (we have gone from a level 1 UBT to a level 4). I have enjoyed the experience so much that I decided to pursue my Master’s Degree in Healthcare Operations. I also bring a wealth of experience representing my constituents outside of the work environment. I am PROUD of our union and its member’s and would appreciate the opportunity to stakehold for our members and be their voice to management.
