Kaiser News: PSP Bonuses Coming 3/17

Congratulations! Because of your hard work, we have met our 2016 Quality, Affordability, Service, and Best Place to Work goals. You should notice the PSP payout on your 3/17 paycheck.

How much will my incentive payout be?

The payout is based on your 2016 compensated hours (capped at 1800 hours for this calculation). The maximum payout for meeting all performance targets on the PSP is roughly 3% of your gross yearly income.

  • Members in Outpatient will receive 92.50% of the max payout.
  • Members in Inpatient will receive 93.75% of the max payout.
  • Members in Dental will receive 110% of the max payout for meeting the stretch on many goals.

Why do we get the PSP?

Our Coalition of Unions negotiated the Performance Sharing Program (PSP) in the National Agreement so that frontline employees like you are able to share financially in KP's success. Our regional Coalition leaders bargain with KPNW over our yearly performance goals.
