Nuts & Bolts is an interactive training that explores the role and rights of the steward, basic worksite mapping, building and maintaining relationships to solve problems, as well as the basics of dealing with joint discoveries and grievances.
By contract, OFNHP members are entitled to reimbursement for a full day of union-lead steward training. If you haven't yet taken advantage of this benefit, you are eligible for reimbursement.
Steward training is held at the OFNHP office at 1500 NE Irving Street, Suite 575, Portland, OR 97232.
